For impressive dining with a view, we can't recommend better than Les Bourgeios Vineyards. We were there on the first day they were serving from their new menu and had the opportunity to taste and report on all the new goodies… Here are our staff reviews, in their own words:
Dip-wich with Side House Salad with House Dressing
House Pastrami ~ Green Herb Horseradish Cream ~ Caramelized Onions ~ Lorraine Swiss Cheese ~ Sourdough Bread ~ Black Pepper Au JusIt was our lucky day...we arrived at Les B. for the opening day of the new menu. It was difficult to choose because they all looked so wonderful. I opted for the "Dip-wich" which was pastrami, and Lorraine Swiss cheese on a grilled sourdough bread with a side house salad with house dressing. The sandwich was amazing. The pastrami was thinly sliced with the cheese melted throughout. The bread was buttery and toasted for a hard crunchy exterior served with a side of black pepper au jus for dipping. It was the first time I had the house salad. The dressing was made with a wonderful light wine vinaigrette, cheese and toasted almonds. The sandwich was terrific light fare which I enjoyed thoroughly. Its a new dish that I would definitely recommend rushing out to try.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Beer Battered Onion Rings
Curry Apple Schmear ~ Crisp Bacon ~ Fresh Spinach ~ Camembert Cheese ~ Focaccia Bread cost
The chicken sandwich comes with topped with Curry Apple Schmear, bacon, spinach, Camembert cheese and was served on Focaccia Bread. I've never had Curry Apple Schmear but I have to say I became a fan of it after having this chicken sandwich. The onion rings came dusted in an amazing chipotle seasoning which was a perfect compliment to the chicken sandwich.

Local "Magherita" Pizza
Local Tomatoes ~ Local Goat Cheese ~ House Cured Ham ~ Fresh Chili Oil ~ Precorino Romano ~ Local Basil
The flavor of this pizza was great. It was not greasy or overly cheesy. I could really taste how fresh all of the ingredients were on the pizza. The ham was exceptionally tasty. Again, full of flavor and not greasy. I would definitely order this dish again.

Maine Shrimp Roll
Poached Shrimp ~ Fine Herb, Old Bay Aioli ~ Local Tomatoes ~ Bibb Lettuce ~ Pickled Onion ~ Toasted Hoagie Roll
With the House Salad with Riverboat White vinaigrette.
The sandwich and salad was a delicious light summer combination. The Riverboat White vinaigrette was flavorful and not overbearing on the salad topped with cherries and almonds. The lettuce and tomatoes were so fresh! I was surprised how the pickled onion worked so well with the sandwich, giving it a sweet but tangy finish. It is so nice to have lunch or dinner at the Les Bourgeois Blufftop Bistro with the view of the trees and river.
